What you will own and drive :

You will lead the design and execution of Omios Learning & Development strategy to help turn potential into performance across the organisation. Your work will be aligned with Omios goals and performance framework and partner closely with managers and leaders across the organisation. You will also play the crucial part in translating emerging AI technology into practical behaviour change through toolkits coaching and hands‑on learning experiences.

Lead AI transformation by driving AI upskilling and building AI fluency across Omio.

Design and deliver leadership development for emerging mid‑level and senior leaders including building a strong manager toolkit.

Own and evolve Omios competency framework and translate it into a practical performance and skill development tool across the organisation.

Own the full new‑hire onboarding experience (on‑site / virtual both) and raise the bar for how new joiners and managers prepare for success.

Manage the L&D budget and make business‑aligned strategic investment decisions that maximise impact.

Run learning end‑to‑end through workshops, group sessions and one‑to‑ones and scale it using our LMS (Leapsome) and learning tools.

Qualifications :

7 years of experience in talent development / L&D in tech startups or high‑growth environments. You are comfortable building while scaling.

Strong AI usage and fluency. You actively use AI to enhance your own work and enable others to adopt it in practical measurable ways that improve workflows and build organisational capability.

Proven ability to design and scale learning & leadership development programs that are context‑specific and actually impact how teams work.

Hands‑on experience creating competency frameworks and turning them into a performance and growth lever.

Exceptional facilitator and communicator. You are clear, engaging and have strong influencing abilities.

Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable learning solutions.

Comfortable working with LMS platforms (e.g. Leapsome) learning tools and internal content creation.

Collaborative and high‑ownership. You act as a thoughtful partner to leaders and teams and have a bias for action. Ready to roll up your sleeves.
