Wandelbots develops an easy‑to‑use software platform that enables anyone to program industrial robots intuitively. As the IT team, we are building a modern, secure, and automated digital workplace — and we’re looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, stays curious, and helps people work better with great IT. As a (Senior) IT‑Systems Engineer at Wandelbots, you shape and operate our modern workplace by introducing improvements, automating processes, and building a scalable environment — tickets are part of the job, but you own platforms, not printers.

Your profile

Mindset & Soft Skills

• High motivation, curiosity, and a hands‑on mentality.

• Strong communicator who enjoys cross‑functional collaboration.
• Customer‑first mindset — you like enabling people with good IT.
• German and English at B2 level or higher.
• Regular presence in Dresden (2–3 days per week), combined with flexibility.

Technical Skills

• Several years of experience in IT Operations, Workplace Management, or System Engineering.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or comparable tools.
• Solid understanding of networking and security fundamentals (VPN, IAM, routing, policies).
• Confident handling of Windows and macOS, ideally also Linux.
• First experience with automation or infrastructure tools (scripting, Terraform, CI/CD, monitoring).
