Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior project or program management.
• Enterprise app projects from discovery to go-live.
• PRINCE2/MSP qualification and experience.
• Hybrid governance with agile delivery experience.
• Experience with CLM/Legal or Procurement platforms.
• Microsoft tech stack: 365, SharePoint, Dataverse.

Senior IT Project Manager – Legal & Procurement Platform Implementation (M/W/D)

Tasks:

• Planning and delivery of the defined Legal and Procurement platform implementation
• Development and maintenance of the overall project roadmap, milestones, deliverables and dependencies
• Definition and establishment of the MVP scope based on the agreed requirements baseline
• Establishment of a structured change-control process for deviations from the agreed project scope
• Application of a hybrid project methodology combining formal stage gates with agile build sprints
• Project-related coordination of external implementation partners and SOW-based work packages
• Budget tracking against defined project parameters and commercial tolerances
• Alignment of project activities across Legal, Procurement, IT, Information Security and relevant international project stakeholders
• Establishment and maintenance of RAID and decision logs
• Preparation of decision papers, project status information and Steering Committee documentation
• Requirements traceability between defined business requirements and technical implementation
• Definition and planning of training, adoption and knowledge-transfer concepts for the new platform
• Development of a super-user and/or train-the-trainer concept for the rollout
• Planning of legacy-system replacement and associated data migration activities
• Planning and coordination of the phased implementation across multiple countries and organizational entities
• Coordination of project-related integration activities, including e-signature and finance data exchange
• Preparation of the MVP for go-live and subsequent international rollout phases

Qualification:

• 10+ years of experience in senior project or program management
• Proven track record in enterprise business application projects from discovery through go-live
• PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP Practitioner or comparable project/program management qualification and experience
• Extensive experience with hybrid project methodologies combining waterfall governance or stage gates with agile delivery
• Project experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Legal Matter Management, Document Management or comparable Legal or Procurement platforms
• Experience within Microsoft-based technology environments, particularly Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dataverse and/or SharePoint
• Strong technical understanding of enterprise application implementations and system integration concepts
• Experience in defining and controlling an MVP against an agreed requirements baseline
• Experience with formal scope and change-control processes
• Experience with external implementation partners and SOW-based project delivery
• Experience with project budget tracking and commercial project parameters
• Extensive project experience in complex stakeholder environments involving Legal, Procurement, IT, Information Security and executive stakeholders
• Experience with matrixed, international and multi-country project environments
• Strong experience in project governance documentation, including Steering Committee materials, project plans, RAID logs and decision logs
• Experience with training, adoption and knowledge-transfer concepts for user-facing technology implementations
• Experience with Pan-European or multinational technology implementation projects

Desirable:

• Business analysis experience, including requirements traceability, process mapping and workshop facilitation
• Project experience within healthcare, diagnostics or another regulated industry
• Working knowledge of GDPR, data classification and records-retention requirements
• Experience with electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign
• Experience with SAP-related finance data exchange or comparable ERP integrations
• Experience with benefits management methodologies
• Experience with legacy-system replacement and data migration
• German language skills and/or project experience within German-speaking organizations
