• Minimum 5 years of IT project or program leadership in a matrix or consulting context.
• Experience analyzing and optimizing complex business processes.
• Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with collaboration tools (Planner, Power Automate).
• Structured, hypothesis-driven approach with strong execution focus.
• Team-oriented with responsibility and ability to motivate colleagues.
• Fluent German and English (C1).

Requirements

• Completed degree (e.g., Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent qualification
• Deep knowledge in internal IT or digital transformation
• At least 5 years leading IT projects or programs, ideally in a corporation with a matrix structure or in consulting
• Experience in analyzing, digitizing and optimizing complex business processes
• Excellent skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint as well as experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Planner, Power Automate, brainstorming tools, ...)
• Enjoy working on complex tasks, structured working style and hypothesis-driven approach
• Team-oriented working style, sense of responsibility and ability to motivate colleagues
• Strong execution focus, prioritization skills and pragmatism
• Fluent German and English (at least C1)
