Zu den Aufgaben gehören die Administra- tion von Microsoft- und Linux-Umgebungen sowie Onsite-/Remote-Support. Reisebereitschaft im Großraum München ist gegeben; Voraussetzung ist eine solide IT-Ausbildung und mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in IT-Administration/IT-Infrastruktur.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in modernen Client-/Serverumgebungen.
• Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365/Azure, Exchange, SQL, Linux und Netzwerken.
• Erfahrungen in IT-Infrastrukturprojekten und Teamführung vorteilhaft.
• Gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, Deutsch C1.

Aufgaben

• Technische und organisatorische Leitung eines Techniker-Teams.
• Koordination von Aufgaben und Prozessen im Team.

For an established, owner-managed IT services provider south of Munich, we are looking for an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist (m/f/d).

The role combines IT infrastructure, customer consulting, project responsibility and team coordination. In addition to managing and supporting customer environments, you will take responsibility for infrastructure projects, contribute to the planning and further development of IT environments, and coordinate a team of technicians.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide technical and organisational leadership for a team of IT technicians


• Coordinate and manage tasks and processes within the team


• Provide technical support to customers, both remotely and on-site


• Act as the technical point of contact for customer projects assigned to your team


• Advise customers on the planning, implementation and further development of IT infrastructure projects


• Administer and support Microsoft and Linux environments


• Install, configure and maintain client, server and network environments


• Manage backup, monitoring and security solutions


• Design and implement cloud projects, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem


• Configure and integrate hardware and software


• Support the sales team during the pre-sales phase


• Analyse and resolve technical incidents and customer requirements

Your Profile

You have solid experience in IT administration and infrastructure and are looking for a role that combines technical expertise with customer, project and team responsibility.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT administration / IT infrastructure


• Completed IT-related vocational training, degree or comparable qualification


• Strong knowledge of modern client and server environments


• Experience with Microsoft and/or Linux systems


• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Azure


• Knowledge of areas such as Exchange, SQL, networking, servers, backup and monitoring


• Experience planning and implementing IT infrastructure projects


• Previous leadership experience is an advantage


• Strong communication and presentation skills


• Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style


• Strong team orientation and sense of responsibility


• German language skills at C1 level or above


• Willingness to travel regularly to customers in the Munich area

A completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) is advantageous but not essential.

Location & Working Model

Location: Geretsried, south of Munich

This position is not fully remote. Particularly during the onboarding period, regular on-site presence is required. Following successful onboarding, up to 2 days of home office per week are possible.

Regular customer visits in the Munich area are also part of the role. Most customers are located within approximately 45 minutes of the office.

Living in southern Munich or within a realistic commuting distance of Geretsried is therefore advantageous.
