Qualifications

• 4–7 years of IT infrastructure, network engineering, or similar.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, routing, switching and segmentation.
• Experience with enterprise security concepts, MFA and Zero Trust.

Responsibilities

• Implement and operate IT infrastructure across cloud, network, endpoint, and secure access.
• Serve as primary IT contact for the Hamburg site across locations.
• Manage monitoring, observability, and alerting across systems.
• Support M365 services, Azure, identity management, and endpoint management.
• Design and maintain enterprise networks, security and VPN/ZTNA solutions.
• Document procedures and drive continuous improvement.

Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure, Network & Secure Access Engineer to support and evolve our internal IT environment at eleQtron. This is a hands-on role focused on implementing and operating secure, scalable IT systems across multiple locations. In this role, you will act as the primary IT representative for our Hamburg site, working across infrastructure, networking, secure access, and engineering environments to support both research and business operations. You will work closely with IT Leadership to execute eleQtron's infrastructure, networking, and secure access strategy.
