Leadec is seeking an experienced IT professional to join our global IT operations team, focusing on building and evolving our state-of-the-art Microsoft 365 infrastructure from the network to the cloud.

You will design and implement Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive, while enforcing governance and modern security standards to support international operations.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Deep expertise in Modern Workplace stack: Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online; strong Entra ID/Intune experience.
• Several years' experience engineering Microsoft 365 environments in international settings.

• Design, implement, and maintain core Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Define governance policies balancing user productivity with enterprise control.
• Manage Entra ID/Intune and Defender; enforce Zero Trust security standards.
• Implement Microsoft Purview for DLP, eDiscovery, labeling to meet regulations.
• Lead technical assessments and coordinate with external providers on global projects.

Join our global IT operations team, which manages and continuously develops our state-of-the-art IT infrastructure from the network to the cloud.

• Tackling tasks:Platform Engineering & Governance: Design, implement, and maintain core Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive); define and enforce governance policies that balance user productivity with enterprise control.Security & Identity Management: Manage and harden the Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) environment, including Conditional Access, MFA, and Identity Governance; manage Defender and ensure the platform meets modern "Zero Trust" security standards
• Taking responsibility:Compliance & Data Protection: Implement and manage Microsoft Purview for data loss prevention (DLP), eDiscovery, and sensitive information labeling to meet international regulatory requirements
• Living collaboration: Strategic Consulting: Translate business requirements into technical architectures; coordinate with external service providers and act as a technical lead on global projects
• Driving Progress: AI & Innovation: Lead the technical assessment and implementation of Microsoft 365 Copilot and other AI-driven features, including preparation of the data layer (SharePoint/OneDrive) for AI readiness and managing extensibility
• Being passionate about technology: Service Delivery & Automation: Act as the Tier 2/3 escalation point for complex technical issues; automate repetitive administrative tasks and lifecycle management by using PowerShell and Graph API

Your profile

• Qualification: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field or equivalent vocational training with significant professional experience; certifications are a plus
• Know-how: Deep expertise in the "Modern Workplace" stack: Teams, SharePoint and Exchange Online; Strong command of Microsoft Entra ID and Intune (Endpoint Manager); practical experience with Microsoft Purview and Defender for Office 365; proficiency in PowerShell for environment-wide automation; understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot prerequisites and data governance
• Experience: Several years of experience engineering Microsoft 365 environments within an international enterprise or a complex organization; proven track record of managing migrations or large-scale tenant configurations
• Working Style: Independent, with a structured, analytical mindset; prioritize security by design and take a proactive approach to platform health rather than just reacting to tickets
• Personality: Genuine interest in the rapid evolution of cloud technology; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
• Languages: Professional working proficiency in both English and German (minimum B2 level) is required to collaborate with our global teams and local stakeholders
