The town of Selb is located directly on the Czech border and boasts the scenic surroundings of the Fichtelgebirge.What you will be doing:* Understand the company’s strategic intent, and partner with business leaders in the oversight planning and execution of key talent management programs) such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, talent development, promotions, change leadership, and organizational design and development* Can act on behalf of HR Manager and ensure continuity of all ongoing activities and support/drive all ongoing activities as and when required* Take a true hands-on approach with leaders to help drive business results, improve working relationships and increase productivity and employee engagement* Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues* Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of associates, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.* Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers (including coaching, career development guidelines, and corrective actions)* Collaborate with other HR team members to manage projects or provide input on HR-related programs and practices* Oversee and assist with day-to-day tactical execution.
