Provide strategic consulting to our clients in the field of HR marketing and employer branding, with a strong focus on digital channels
Develop, implement, and manage measures across different platforms (career websites, job ads, social media, job boards, digital campaigns, onboarding concepts) to strengthen employer brands
Analyze and evaluate existing employer branding activities and candidate journeys, and derive clear recommendations for action
Define relevant KPIs, continuously monitor and measure success, and optimize activities accordingly
Collaborate closely with internal project teams (design, content, development)
Plan and facilitate workshops (e.g. candidate journey mapping)
Advise on the selection and use of digital tools and platforms in recruiting and HR marketing, including interfaces to applicant tracking systems
Provide impulses on the use of AI solutions in HR marketing and observe market trends to continuously evolve our consulting approach
