Job Objective

Our Tech&Data teams at SIGNA Sports United has been on an organizational transformation journey for more than a year now. They have been evolving from multiple independent local teams towards becoming a more integrated collaborative function. “Move as one” became our mission claim and we are proud about the steps we have accomplished so far with this amazing team, being aware about future steps ahead of us.

We are now looking for a senior HR Partner who will play a very important part in the next evolution of the teams and can support us driving this change to the next level consulting and coaching our leaders to strengthen the organization.

The part you’ll play
  • Strategically guide, coach and consult the Tech&Data leadership team in conceptualizing and implementing plans for growth and change.
  • Support and consult leaders to design and evolve their organizations (structure and leadership).
  • Design and implement strategies, concepts and processes to develop and retain talent.
  • Build the foundation to a good employees' experience in the SSU Tech&Data team.
  • Identify challenges and roadblocks on time and build strong relationships with HR and legal support functions.
  • Act as thought‑leader in the cross‑company HR team and contribute with pro‑active best‑practice sharing.
Competencies
  • Very strong understanding and role‑modeling of the HR Business Partner role (strategic and pragmatic)
  • Positive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong in relationship building, empathy and deep understanding of change processes
  • Know how in how to build solid and scalable organizations in an e‑commerce / tech business environment
  • Solid knowledge in labor law
  • Results and process‑driven
  • Passion for Sports and Tech is highly appreciated!
What you’ll bring to the team
  • Academic background in human resources, labor law, psychology or any other related field
  • 10+ years of working experience in HR area, ideally HR generalist with experience especially in business partnering, but particularly experienced in change management, leadership development, organizational design and employee engagement
  • Experience in mid‑sized companies, ideally tech / e‑commerce
  • Fluent in English, German would be an advantage
