Job Summary

The HR Business Partner at Reverse Logistics Group is viewed as a strategic partner to senior leaders and managers who provides guidance and support in all aspects of human resources management. They are also responsible for aligning HR initiatives and programs with business objectives, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with local and national labor laws.

Senior HR Business Partner (m / w / d)

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management.
  • Partner with (senior) leadership team to understand business objectives and translate them into effective HR strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the local Works Council (Betriebsrat) to ensure constructive and legally compliant employee relations.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives, workforce planning, and talent management programs.
  • Ensure compliance with German labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a role model for leadership and employee engagement
Qualifications
  • Degree or certificates in Human Resources or related fields
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner role.
  • Experience collaborating with workers councils in Germany and knowledge regarding related regulations and processes.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, procedures, and employment law.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
