In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

  • Be the go-to HR expert for our NI Germany site, while making a global mark by contributing to transformative HR projects.
  • Collaborate closely with leaders to deliver data-driven insights across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to career development.
  • Act as a trusted coach and partner, empowering managers with actionable HR guidance that drives results.

You are an experienced HRBP with both strategic and operational mindset. You’re passionate about the well‑being of our employees, our HR strategies and our constant process improvement. You effectively communicate in various settings: one‑on‑one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels. You deal constructively with problems that do not have clear solutions or outcomes.
