We’re looking for a smart, motivated Senior Growth Marketer with strong expertise in Paid Social Performance Marketing and some experience in additional paid acquisition channels such as Native Ads, Paid Print Ads or Out of Home (experience in all channels is a plus, but not required). You’ll have a full-funnel mindset — understanding how targeting, creative, landing pages, and the sales process connect. You’ll combine analytical precision with creative problem-solving, eager to learn, iterate, and improve lead quality at every step.
Tasks
- Develop and own full-funnel growth strategies, with a primary focus on Paid Social Ads (Meta and Linkedin), and provided some support for campaigns in other channels.
- Optimize for CPL and lead quality, ensuring campaigns attract high-intent prospects and drive meaningful conversions.
- Analyze user intent and funnel performance using tools like Mixpanel and GA4, identifying drop-off points and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate across teams to align ad messaging, creative assets, landing page experience, and sales process for maximum lead quality.
- Run structured experiments: A/B test creatives, messaging, and landing page flows to find the best quality leads, not just the highest volume.
- Iterate and scale campaigns based on lead quality metrics, ensuring growth efforts contribute to sustainable business results.
- Constantly analyze marketing reports for your channels and perform deep-dive analyses as needed.
- Stay ahead of platform updates and trends to keep strategies competitive and innovative.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Paid Social Performance Marketing with a strong track record of managing and optimizing campaigns, ideally across countries.
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Creative, with the ability to generate fresh ad concepts, campaign ideas, and growth experiments that drive results.
- Hands-on execution style; comfortable taking ideas from concept to launch and iterating based on performance.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required; German language skills are a significant advantage.
