We are seeking an ambitious and analytically sharp Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to join our centralized User Acquisition department, with a primary focus on building, managing, and scaling our Affiliate and Partnership channels. This critical role is for a proactive negotiator and relationship builder who has a proven track record of driving significant user growth through external collaborations. You will be instrumental in identifying, onboarding, and optimizing key partners and affiliates, with the flexibility to contribute to other performance marketing initiatives as organizational needs evolve. What You’ll Do 🎯
  • Own & Grow Affiliate Channels: Take full ownership of the Affiliate and Partnership channels, managing the budget, defining strategy, and optimizing partner performance to hit ambitious user acquisition and ROI targets across various internal projects.

  • Negotiate & Manage Relationships: Identify, scout, onboard, and manage a diverse portfolio of affiliates and strategic partners, utilizing strong negotiation and account management skills to foster mutually beneficial, long‑term relationships.

  • Cross‑Channel Flexibility: Be prepared to leverage your performance marketing background to support and execute campaigns on other core UA channels (e.g., Paid Social, Search) based on departmental priorities and growth opportunities.

  • Drive Strategic Insights: Analyze partner and campaign data (focusing on LTV, conversion, and revenue) to identify growth opportunities, translate complex findings into actionable strategies, and communicate your recommendations to the leadership team.

  • Run & Refine Processes: Build, implement, and run efficient operational processes for partner scouting, contracting, tracking, and payment to ensure compliance and scalability.
