You will work to ensure that TYTAN is positioned early and effectively in emerging EU and national cUAS initiatives, support leaders in their engagement with ministries and agencies, and help shape policy environments that accelerate adoption of autonomous defense technologies. You will work closely with our Business Development, Product, and Engineering teams to connect operational reality, customer needs, and policy landscapes.

Who you are
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in government affairs, public policy, or political advisory roles (public or private sector).
  • Deep understanding of EU and/or national policy‑making, defense procurement pathways, and regulatory processes.
  • Strong political networks with evidence of successful relationship building and influence.
  • Experience advising senior executives or decision‑makers in high‑stakes environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of producing concise, high‑impact briefings.
  • Eligible and willing to obtain relevant security clearances.
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 30–50%, across Europe).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in defense, security, aerospace, or relevant sectors as well as supporting companies competing for government contracts.
  • Existing networks within German, Ukrainian, Central/Eastern European, or EU institutions.
  • Understanding of policy areas relevant to TYTAN’s mission: defense innovation, UAV/drones, emerging tech regulation, border security.
Why TYTAN?
  • Work on mission‑critical problems with real impact on national and European security.
  • Shape the government engagement strategy of one of Europe’s fastest‑growing defense tech companies.
  • Be part of a diverse, ambitious, engineering‑led team active across Germany and Ukraine.
