Position

Senior Global Brand Manager (m / f / d) Women’s Health – location: Neumarkt (Oberpfalz).

Responsibilities
  • Development of a mid‑term vision, ambition, and strategy for our brands in the Women’s Health products sector, taking into account country‑specific market conditions and cultural differences.
  • Design and maintenance of brand identity, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
  • Responsibility for the entire brand experience throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Conducting analysis of campaign results and consumer insights for continuous improvement.
  • Management and maintenance of global brand books to ensure a consistent brand presence.
  • Conducting market and consumer research to derive actionable insights.
  • Leading the product portfolio and lifecycle management (LCM) to maximise market success.
  • Planning and monitoring brand budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Sharing, reusing, and leading the global brand community to promote best practices.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness and attractiveness.
  • Creating core creative ideas and campaigns to support our global brand strategy.
  • Defining compelling brand stories based on deep consumer insights.
  • Close collaboration with relevant country colleagues.
Requirements
  • Completed studies in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar experience.
  • Several years of experience in brand management, ideally in the pharmaceutical or herbal sector.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing brand strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting market research.
  • Creativity combined with a strategic approach.
  • Ideally first experience with the "How Brands Grow" approach to evidence‑based marketing.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic international environment and lead cross‑functional teams.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
