LITIT, a joint venture between NTT DATA and Reiz Tech, is recruiting a Senior Power BI & Power Automate Consultant to support a major automotive IT Service Management project. You will develop and maintain management dashboards and automated reporting to monitor IT service quality, stability, and performance, using Power BI, Power Automate, and AI-powered tools.

The role covers technical and functional reporting responsibilities, data integration, and requirements engineering, with opportunities

Qualifikationen

• Practical experience in developing and supporting Power BI solutions.
• Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
• Experience connecting, transforming, and preparing data from SQL, Excel, SharePoint, REST APIs.
• Experience with large datasets and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in Power Automate and automated reporting/distribution.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio and agent development.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Power BI & Power Automate Consultant to join an international IT Service Management project supporting the stable operation of business-critical IT systems for a major automotive organization.

You will take technical and functional responsibility for reporting within the Reporting (REP) work package , developing and maintaining management dashboards and automated reporting solutions that provide visibility into IT service quality, stability, and performance.

The role combines Power BI development, data modelling, reporting automation, and requirements engineering , with opportunities to contribute to solutions involving Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI-powered agents .

The project language is German.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Development, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of Power BI reports and dashboards for management and business departments
• Integration, modeling, and connection of data sources (e.g., SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, Azure, REST APIs)
• Gathering and clarification of business requirements (requirements engineering) in collaboration with process and service owners
• Automation of reporting processes using Power Automate (e.g., data refresh, notifications, approvals, distribution workflows)
• Support in the conception and design of new reporting formats (e.g., KPI reports, ad hoc analyses, management reports)
• Optimization of existing reports regarding content, visualization, performance, and bug fixing
• Ensuring the regular generation of reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly reports), including alignment with management
• Documentation, knowledge sharing, and creation of best practice guidelines

REQUIREMENTS

• Practical experience in the development and support of Power BI solutions
• Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M Language), and data modeling
• Experience in connecting, transforming, and preparing data from various sources (SQL, Excel, SharePoint, REST APIs, etc.)
• Experience working with large and complex datasets, including performance optimization
• Proficiency in Power Automate and automation processes
• Knowledge of automated report generation and distribution (PowerPoint, PDF, email)
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot / Microsoft Copilot Studio and agent development
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Strong quality awareness with regard to data visualization and usability
• Structured and analytical way of working with a high degree of self-responsibility
• Good German and English language skills .
• Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected. This may include occasional domestic or international travel, sometimes on short notice.
