Thieme is seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer (m/f/o) to join our agile engineering teams in Germany. You will own the full development lifecycle for data-driven services used across medical and healthcare audiences, including authentication systems and product features.

You’ll work within a modern product organization, collaborating with Product Managers and peers to drive value, mentor junior engineers, and continuously improve code quality and system reliability.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of hands-on experience building fullstack applications with Typescript and Next.js.
• Strong understanding of scalable, maintainable architecture and best practices in frontend and backend engineering.
• Experience in operations topics like metrics, incident management and monitoring.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams within a product-oriented organization.
• Passion for clean code, quality, and continuous improvement in both technology and ways of working.

• Several years of hands‑on experience building fullstack applications with Typescript and Next.js.

• Experience in operations related topics like custom and business relevant metrics, incident management and monitoring.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams within a product‑oriented organization.
• Passion for clean code, quality, and continuous improvement in both technology and ways of working.
• A proactive mindset combined with strong communication skills and a drive to make a meaningful impact.
