Zusammenfassung

Thieme Gruppe in Stuttgart sucht eine erfahrene IT-Führungskraft, die die Weiterentwicklung unserer zentralen Produktplattform verantwortlich übernimmt und technische Architekturentscheidungen trifft. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Product Manager zusammen, um Roadmaps in konkrete Lösungen zu übersetzen.

Sie führen ein modernes Team, fördern Ownership und Innovation, gestalten den Weg zur digitalen Produktorganisation und unterstützen beim Talentaufbau.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit Fokus auf moderne Architekturen
• Erfahrung in der Führung von Produktteams und in der Zusammenarbeit mit Product Managern
• Kenntnisse regulierter Umgebungen (z. B. MDR) von Vorteil

Aufgaben

• Take end-to-end Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung der zentralen Produktplattform.
• Gemeinsam mit dem Team Roadmaps in konkrete Architektur- und Technologielösungen übersetzen.
• Technische Verantwortung für Aufbau eines neuen Teams übernehmen und Ownership-Kultur fördern.
• Unterstützung bei der Transformation zu einer digitalen Produktorganisation und beim Talentaufbau.

Your Role & Your Impact

• Take end-to-end responsibility for the further development of our new central product platform.
• Work with your team to translate strategic roadmaps into concrete product, technology and architecture decisions. Be a sparring partner for the Product Manager and support the strategic development of the product with technically excellent solutions.
• Take technical responsibility for building new team and promote a culture of ownership and innovation. Develop best practices and support the continuous development of your team and individual team members.
• Become part of our transformation into a digital product organization and play an active role in shaping it – among other things, by supporting us in hiring the right talent for our shared future.

Your Profile

• Completed degree or training in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience (5+ years) with TypeScript and Next.js environments
• In-depth experience in leading and developing modern product teams
• In-depth experience in modern software and system architecture Experience in the orchestration and operation of software products
• Knowledge of regulated environments (e.g. MDR compliance) is an advantage
• Experience in working with external technology partners is an advantage
