We’re looking for a Senior Elixir Fullstack Engineer to join our empowered product team, building simple, elegant software from complex requirements.

This is real product work - meaningful, fast-paced, and focused on impact.

We’re a small, hands‑on team that owns a single product end to end.

Start date: December 1, 2025 or January 5, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a high-quality, maintainable codebase written in Elixir with Phoenix, LiveView, TailwindCSS and daisyUI.
• Prototype early and often, encouraging autonomy and forward movement.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other Engineers to find smart solutions that balance speed, quality, and simplicity.
• Shape our architecture for reliability, scalability, and developer happiness—building a long‑term platform.
• Build a clean, maintainable and tested codebase.
• Take ownership of privacy and security aspects from the start—encryption, data separation, and GDPR compliance are part of the product, not an afterthought.
• Contribute ideas to improve our development process, stack, and team culture.

Nice to have (but not required)

• Experience with handling sensitive data, ideally health‑related data.
• Solid understanding of encryption, key management, and data privacy.
• Knowledge of DevOps and hosting environments.
• Familiarity with Shape Up as an outcome‑driven, autonomy‑based approach for agile software development.
