Evident Change is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to lead complex development efforts for web-based applications supporting social service reporting and analysis. You will design scalable systems, mentor engineers, and guide architectural decisions.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in full-stack engineering, strong Ruby on Rails experience, and proficiency with Hotwire, Tailwind CSS, PostgreSQL, and testing with RSpec/FactoryBot.

• Advanced experience with Git, including code review workflows and CI/CD integration.
• Advanced SQL optimization and data modeling skills.

• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor other engineers.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

We seek a senior full-stack software engineer to lead complex development efforts for our web-based applications that support social service system reporting and analysis using Ruby on Rails. Our Compensation and Benefit Offerings

The national average salary for this position ranges between $108,500 and $115,000 per year. Compensation within this range is dependent on experience, parity with peers, and where an employee lives.
