About the role

You will own product surfaces end-to-end: from React/Vite UIs and evidence viewers to the backend endpoints that feed them. You care about both pixel-level craft and clean service contracts.

What you'll do

• Build evidence viewers, search UIs, and admin tooling in React + TypeScript
• Own the full slice: UI, API, data model, RLS, observability
• Collaborate on UX with a strong design sensibility (we ship serious, calm interfaces)
• Mentor across the stack and raise the engineering bar

What we look for

• 5+ years shipping production full-stack apps
• Expert in React, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind, and modern state/data patterns
• Strong backend skills (Python/FastAPI or Node), Postgres, and API design
• Solid understanding of accessibility, performance, and responsive UI
• Track record of owning features end-to-end in small, senior teams

Nice to have

• Experience with Supabase, Edge Functions, and RLS-heavy data models
• Prior work on document viewers, annotation, or search-heavy UIs
• Eye for typography and editorial design (we are not a generic SaaS)
