Experience

Required skills

• Primary Backend development (Python, FastAPI)
• Previous startup or other high‑ownership environment experience
• Strong understanding of SDLC
• Experience developing with strong focus on automated CI/CD
• Excellent written and spoken English; English is our working language

Preferred skills

• Experience in a regulated industry (e.g healthcare, banking)
• Knowledge of mobile frameworks and technologies (preferably Flutter)
