Senior Full-stack Engineer

Location: Remote (EU time zones preferred)

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our small, high-impact engineering team.
You're work closely with product, design, and data to build elegant, performant features across the entire stack.
This is a hands‑on, strategic role where you’ll contribute to product direction, architecture, and team culture.

What You’ll Do

• Build, maintain, and evolve core features in our web platform using Python (Django) and React
• Develop scalable APIs and clean, maintainable front-end components
• Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and mentoring of junior team members
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design to translate business needs into technical solutions
• (Nice to have) Build performant SSR/SSG features using Next.js

You Should Have

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer
• Strong experience with Python & Django
• Expertise in React, with solid front‑end architecture skills
• Familiarity with Next.js or willingness to learn
• Strong product intuition and ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders
• Passion for clean code, testing, and scalability
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup‑style environment
