Title: Senior Full Stack Developer – Ruby on Rails & React (m/f/d)
Team: Apps‑Team (Shopify Apps) – Engineering
Location: Remote within Germany; optional office in Bochum or Berlin
Reporting to: Dev‑Lead & Founder (Dave)
Team size: 12 developers (growing to 14)
Minimum 3 years Rails + React (5+ if bootcamp‑only background)
Education: Computer Science degree or IT apprenticeship preferred (not mandatory)
Tools/Technologies: Ruby on Rails, React, PostgreSQL, Git, RSpec, CI/CD, GraphQL, Shopify APIs, cloud infrastructure
Base salary €55,000 – €80,000 gross per annum, plus ~1 % variable bonus annually (performance based).
Probation 6 months. Full‑time, 40 h per week, open‑ended contract. 28 vacation days (+ half days on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve).
