Senior Full Stack Developer (React, Python)

Overview

Note: We are only looking for people residing in Germany and do not require visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the product team to brainstorm new products and features, turning ideas into actionable development plans.
• Develop and maintain our digital products, including therapy apps (using React Native and TypeScript), therapy backend (using Python, Django, and PostgreSQL), and interfaces for external devices like blood pressure monitors.
• Manage all aspects of deployment and technical operations to ensure smooth and secure product performance (leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform for cloud infrastructure).
• Use data analysis and systematic approaches to improve product capabilities for self-improvement.
• Ensure a well-organized development environment by keeping architecture, infrastructure, and process documentation up to date.
• Play a key role in building a strong engineering team and fostering a positive, collaborative development culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong grasp of software design principles.
• Proficiency in key technologies such as React/React Native, TypeScript, Python, Django, and Kubernetes.
• Must-have experience with React/React Native and Python.
• Strong communication skills and working proficiency in English.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, with a natural tendency to take ownership and responsibility, both within your role and beyond.
