You will collaborate with product and design to shape our tech product from the ground up and directly impact patient health.

The role emphasizes React proficiency, TypeScript expertise, and API integration, with opportunities to influence engineering practices and legacy modernization.

By enabling doctors to deliver distributed healthcare solutions, we bring treatment to patients in remote and underserved areas — and we're already operational, serving hundreds of patients every month.

This is your opportunity to join at an early stage, have a direct impact on patient health, and help shape our tech product from the ground up. As a Full Stack Developer with a frontend focus, you'll spend most of your time crafting fast, accessible, and intuitive interfaces while contributing across the stack, working hand in hand with product and design.

Tasks

• Build and maintain responsive, high-performance frontend applications with React
• Develop and integrate APIs in our Node.js (NestJS) backend
• Turn design concepts into polished, accessible user experiences
• Write clean, testable, well-documented code and help raise the bar on quality
• Take part in code reviews, architecture decisions, and the continuous evolution of our engineering practices
• Help maintain and gradually modernize legacy services

Requirements

• Solid professional experience as a full stack developer (5+ years)
• Strong command of TypeScript and modern React
• Hands-on experience with TanStack Router and TanStack Query — or the proven ability to pick them up fast
• Working knowledge of Node.js, ideally with NestJS
• A good grasp of APIs, state management, and component-driven development
• A genuine focus on quality: testing, performance, and accessibility
• Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
• Nice to have: Spring Boot (Kotlin) for our legacy stack, experience in healthcare or another regulated industry, and familiarity with CI/CD
