Qualifikationen

DEINE AUFGABEN

• Assume ownership of the frontend technical direction, establishing coding standards, best practices, and streamlined development workflows.
• Lead the implementation of responsive, performant, and robust web applications using Vue.js and TypeScript.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback and mentoring team members to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop comprehensive tests to ensure high product stability and quality assurance.
• Collaborate closely with the product and design teams during feature discovery, prototype evaluations, and feasibility assessments, representing engineering interests.
• Actively engage in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, continuously suggesting and implementing process enhancements.
• Work alongside the CTO to cultivate a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and innovation within the team, particularly leveraging AI-driven solutions.
• Foster strong teamwork through active participation in team meetings, activities, and ongoing collaboration to build trust and effective cooperation.
• Balance rapid feature development with long-term code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
• Contribute proactively to the scaling of engineering practices, processes, and the overall growth of the engineering team.

DEIN PROFIL

• 5+ years of professional experience in JavaScript and TypeScript development.
• Advanced proficiency in Vue.js ecosystem (Vue 2/3, Nuxt, Composition API, Vuex/Pinia).
• Solid understanding of modern frontend tooling and practices (Vite, Webpack, ESLint, Jest or similar testing frameworks).
• Experience integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Proven track record in creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor junior team members.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate closely with design, product, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Startup experience with comfort in fast-paced environments, resource constraints, and tight deadlines.
• Pragmatic, entrepreneurial mindset focused on rapid production deployment and ownership mentality.
• Active interest and hands-on experience with AI tools and technologies.
• Experience with NestJS and backend technologies is a plus.
• Willingness to spend part of each week in the office, closely collaborating with product and design teams to enhance teamwork and innovation.
• Fluent in English of German is beneficial.
