Job Description

• Build and run one of the fastest growing neo‑brokers in Europe.
• Be part of a highly motivated cross‑functional team focused on expanding our broker business.
• Make trading a unique and enjoyable experience by enriching our web app with state‑of‑the‑art features.
• Get to work on cutting‑edge technology and be part of modern software development practices (agile, self‑sufficient teams, CI/CD, test automation, cloud‑based infrastructure and tooling).
• Write clean, testable, maintainable and well‑documented code and treat security as a first‑class citizen.
• Lead conversations with other engineers.
• Actively take part in architecture decisions.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in complex software projects with end‑to‑end ownership.
• University degree in a relevant field (CS, engineering, sciences) or a comparable qualification.
• Ability to think outside the box and work independently.
• Analytical proficiency in the technical and product domain.
• Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, targeting engineering, product, or other stakeholders.
• Strong professional background in our technology stack: Typescript, ReactJS, Webpack, Next.js, Apollo GraphQL, Docker, AWS.
• Interest in other technology stacks.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Background in FinTech is a strong plus.
