Contorion GmbH in Berlin sucht einen Senior FP&A Manager, der die komplette P&L-Planung von Forecasting über Budgetierung bis Analyse verantwortet.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Sales, Analytics, Operations, Einkauf, Marketing und Kategorie-Management zusammen und entwickeln Modelle sowie Dashboards, um Unternehmensentscheidungen datengetrieben zu unterstützen.

Qualifikationen

• Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Fokus Controlling oder Rechnungswesen.
• Sie bringen relevante Erfahrungen in Finanzplanung, idealerweise im Handel/Commerce, mit.
• Sie verbinden operative Kennzahlen mit finanziellen Ergebnissen und liefern belastbare Analysen.

Aufgaben

• Sie übernehmen die jährliche und monatliche P&L-Planung, Forecasting und Budgetierung.
• Sie liefern tiefe Analysen und Berichte und arbeiten eng mit Sales, Analytics, Operations, Einkauf, Marketing und Kategorie-Management zusammen.
• Sie bauen umfassende Finanzmodelle (P&L, Cashflow, Lagerbestände) für Regular- und strategische Entscheidungen.
• Sie treiben Automatisierung und Effizienz in Planungsprozessen voran.
• Sie entwickeln Reporting-Tools und Dashboards für bessere Sichtbarkeit und Entscheidungen.

As a Senior FP&A Manager, you take ownership of the full P&L planning cycle — from forecasting and budgeting to in-depth financial analysis and reporting — ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders (Sales, Analytics, Operations, Procurement, Marketing, and Category Management), external partners, and overall business goals.

Deine Aufgaben

• You own the recurring analysis of sales trends and margins, ensuring reporting is accurate, timely, and easy to act on.
• You act as a trusted advisor to the sales teams, building strong working relationships and fostering a culture where data informs everyday decisions.
• You build full financial models - covering P&L, cash flow, and inventory impact - for regular budgeting rounds and major strategic decisions, giving leadership the analytical depth needed to move forward with confidence.
• You drive automation and efficiency in financial planning processes.
• You continuously improve reporting tools and dashboards to increase visibility and support better decisions.

Dein Profil

• You have a degree in business administration, economics or a similar field, ideally with a focus on controlling or accounting.
• You bring relevant experience in finance, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or other fast-paced environments.
• You're great at financial modeling and know how to link operational business drivers to financial results - connecting what happens in the business day-to-day with what shows up in the numbers.
• You're not afraid to challenge the status quo, proposing and implementing solutions that help the team deliver fast, reliably, and with real business impact.
• You're skilled in Excel and Google Sheets, have solid knowledge of HGB, and are comfortable working with data in Oracle and Google BigQuery (GBQ) - or are eager to get up to speed quickly.
