Contorion in Berlin sucht eine erfahrene Senior FP&A Managerin / Senior FP&A Manager, die die vollständige P&L-Planung von Forecast bis Reporting verantwortet und die Geschäftsbereiche eng abstimmt.

Sie analysieren Verkaufszahlen, Margen und Kosten, leiten Optimierungspotenziale ab, treiben Automatisierung voran und verbessern Dashboards. Anforderungen: Studium in BWL/VWL, Erfahrung im Einzelhandel/E‑Commerce, sicherer Umgang mit Excel/Google Sheets, HGB-Kenntnisse; Englisch gut.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Betriebswirtschaft oder Volkswirtschaft.
• Erfahrung im Finanzbereich, ideal im Handel/E‑Commerce.
• Starke Fähigkeiten in Finanzmodellierung und Datenanalyse.

Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für die vollständige P&L-Planung von Forecast bis Reporting.
• Durchführung fundierter Finanzanalysen und Beratung der Fachbereiche.
• Analyse von Umsatz, Margen und Kosten; Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen.
• Leitung finanzieller Diskussionen in regelmäßigen Meetings mit dem Management.

As a Senior FP&A Manager, you take ownership of the full P&L planning cycle — from forecasting and budgeting to in‑depth financial analysis and reporting — ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders (Sales, Analytics, Operations, Procurement, Marketing, and Category Management), external partners, and overall business goals.

Deine Aufgaben

• You deliver coherent, timely, and consistent financial analysis that sparks discussions around business trends and financial matters. You act as an advisor and coach to the business teams on all financial topics.
• You analyze sales trends, margins, and operational expenses to provide actionable insights and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
• You lead financial discussions during weekly and monthly business update calls, working closely with senior management and highlighting risks and opportunities.
• You prepare financial analyses for business model changes to support strategic decision‑making.
• You drive automation and efficiency in financial planning processes.
• You improve financial reporting tools and dashboards to increase visibility and support better decisions.
• You take ownership of cost control and CAPEX management to further improve profitability.
• You manage and optimize working capital, ensuring efficient cash flow and contributing to both operational and strategic goals of the company.

Dein Profil

• You have a degree in business administration, economics or a similar field, ideally with a focus on controlling or accounting.
• You bring relevant experience in finance, preferably in retail, e‑commerce, or other fast‑paced environments.
• You’re great at financial modeling and comfortable using Excel and Google Sheets.
• You have solid knowledge of HGB; experience with Oracle is a plus.
• You enjoy working with large data sets and tech‑driven finance processes, and you speak English well.
