Zusammenfassung

GotPhoto is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst on a 12-month maternity cover to redefine our financial planning in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will interrogate the numbers, surface the story behind them, and drive the forecasting process with department heads and execs.

You’ll lead dashboards (Monthly Flash, Board Pack), validate KPIs with the Data team, and partner with Sales/Marketing on ROI and profitability initiatives while shaping the FP&A roadmap for the next scale phase.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4+ years in FP&A, business finance, or similar analytical role.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or subscription business is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/GSheets; SQL is a plus.

• Please note: This is a 12 month maternity cover
• Drive Strategic Visibility: Build, maintain, and present meaningful dashboards and reports (e.g., Monthly Flash, Management Pack, Board Pack) that enable the Board, CFO, and Head of FP&A to monitor performance and take action
• Modernize the Stack: Support the migration of our FP&A tool/platform by defining requirements, mapping data flows, validating systems, and training stakeholders
• Architect Planning Frameworks: Implement end-to-end forecasting and budgeting templates and processes to enable efficient, accurate quarterly and annual planning cycles
• Define the Truth: Partner with the Data team to validate SaaS KPIs, ensuring a single version of truth across all business reporting
• Sales & Marketing Partnering: Support pipeline-to-forecast conversion modeling and commission tracking for Sales, while collaborating with Marketing to optimize segment profitability and ROI
• Operational Ownership: Manage and forecast global OPEX directly with department heads and support the Accounting team with month-end reviews and ad-hoc strategic business cases

The “Scar Tissue”: Proven track record of building complex financial models and managing investor-grade reporting (Private Equity/PE experience is a significant plus)The Foundation: Minimum 4+ years’ experience in FP&A, business finance, or a similar analytical role, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or subscription businessThe Builder: Experience with platform/tool migrations (FP&A or ERP systems) and a history of driving process improvementsTechnical Mastery: Highly proficient in Excel/G-Sheets; SQL experience is a plusAI & Automation: Proven track record of leveraging AI-driven tools and methodologies to streamline analytical workflows and optimize repetitive tasksCommunication: Excellent verbal and written English; German is a bonus but not requiredThe Owner Mindset: You take full ownership of your workstreams and drive change in a fast-paced, ambiguous environmentThe Interrogator: You don’t just report numbers; you surface the story behind them and challenge assumptions at every levelSaaS Fluency: Deep understanding of SaaS economics and metrics (ARR, Churn, LTV/CAC)Keep it Simple: You champion the value of simplicity, identifying process improvements and eliminating non-value-added tasksBias to Action: You prefer a “shipped” automated solution over a “perfect” manual one
