You will be part of a high-impact team that solves complex analytical challenges across Enpal’s finance landscape. You’ll deep dive into data, uncover insights, and help drive clarity in fast-moving situations that shape business performance.

What you’ll do

• Analyze and interpret financial and operational data to support decision‑making
• Lead deep‑dive investigations into performance deviations or data inconsistencies
• Build and improve dashboards, models, and reporting structures for leadership visibility
• Collaborate with teams across Finance, Operations, and Strategy to resolve urgent analytical issues

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in consulting or a high‑growth scale‑up, with exposure to finance topics
• Strong quantitative and problem‑solving skills, with an appetite for diving into data
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is a plus
• Independent, structured, and comfortable working on fast‑moving, high‑stakes topics
• Fluent in English (German a strong plus)
