As Senior Field Marketing Manager you will play a key role in driving business growth in Germany by designing and executing high‑performing marketing campaigns tailored to enterprise and major accounts. You’ll be part of a passionate and collaborative EMEA marketing team working closely with Sales, Pre‑Sales, Partner & Alliances and Value Management teams to align strategies and deliver measurable results.

Your Impact

In this hands‑on strategic role you will:

  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across inbound and outbound channels to support pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with the local Enterprise Sales team to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
  • Plan, organize and execute digital and in‑person events that elevate brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Identify and develop new marketing opportunities based on customer partner and sales insights.
  • Manage marketing projects end‑to‑end ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence and measurable ROI.
  • Localize content and marketing materials to fit the German market.
  • Analyze and report campaign performance providing data‑driven recommendations to stakeholders.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of B2B marketing experience in a high‑tech environment.
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (verbal, written and visual).
  • Strong experience in event management and customer engagement at the enterprise level.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau and ideally Workfront.
  • Experience in HR software or SaaS solutions is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously, balancing strategy and execution.
  • Passionate about AI in marketing and eager to explore innovative approaches to demand generation.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive can‑do attitude and strong project‑management skills.
