On behalf of world famous ICT company-Huawei, we are looking for a Senior Expert - Hearing Assistance Technology

Huawei Heisenberg Research Center (Munich) is responsible for advanced technology research, architectural development, design and strategic engineering of our products.

Audiovisual Technology Lab in Huawei Munich Research Center is developing innovative technologies in the field of acquisition, encoding and decoding, processing and presentation for the media field, including audio, video, image and graphics. You will contribute to these activities being inserted into an international and experienced team of researchers.

Senior Expert - Hearing Assistance Technology (m/f/d)

Your mission

• Conduct technical insight and strategic planning of the hearing health industry, identify key technologies and innovation opportunities, establish a global footprint for technology and resources, and lead the way in achieving world-class leadership in hearing health technology.


• Be responsible for the design of hearing health systems and architectures, as well as research, innovation, and commercialization of key technologies, to build competitive, industry-leading system solutions for products.


• Build a team of experts capable of achieving technological leadership and commercial success, and continuously enhance team members’ professional expertise and comprehensive technical capabilities in the field of hearing health.

Your areas of expertise

• PhD or MSc in hearing health related fields, with a minimum of ten years’ industry experience.


• Knowledge and successful experience of planning, system and architecture design, research, development and delivery of hearing health technologies and solutions.


• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to translate user needs into technology decisions.


• Experience in team and project management, as well as acting as an interface between industry and academia is a plus.


• Fluency in written and spoken English.
