What makes you excel in this position

• Proven expertise in Serralas product suite or equivalent enterprise financial software solutions.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture implementation methodologies and customer-specific development.- Experience in defining functional requirements and contributing to product roadmaps.
• Familiarity with UAT processes go-live support and post-implementation handover.
• Ability to support sales processes with technical input and product demonstrations.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in consulting and software implementation

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in consulting solution implementation or product development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and mentor junior team members.- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive collaboration across departments.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in coaching and developing talent within the organisation.
• High level of autonomy accountability and ownership in delivering results.
