A leading fashion e-commerce company is looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to their Co-CEO. This position involves managing diverse administrative tasks, ensuring seamless execution of meetings, and supporting strategic priorities. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills in both English and German, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. As a Senior Executive Assistant to Zalandos Co‑CEO and Founder (all genders) you will partner closely with a leader who is driving business performance strategic growth and organisational priorities. You’ll operate at the centre of a complex high‑energy environment – anticipating needs, streamlining priorities and ensuring focus across the business.
Your role includes close collaboration with the Chief of Staff, Executive Project Manager, Management Board Office and extended leadership team ensuring alignment and seamless execution. You’ll thrive in this position if you bring structure, clarity, discretion and a proactive mindset to every interaction and decision.
Please note: While our Chief of Staff is managing the hiring process this role will report directly to our Co‑CEO and Founder.

You support our Co‑CEO and Founder with all administration and organisational tasks such as calendar management, organising highly complex meetings and events, travel and expense management, and costs tracking.
You will anticipate the needs and schedules of executive leaders, influence outcomes and ensure their attention is focused on relevant strategic and leadership priorities.
You exercise a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information (e.g., emails, papers, presentations or meetings) and show professionalism in dealing with senior executives internal and external to Zalando.
You proactively explore and gain an understanding of business priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements to support the Business Commercial Leadership Team.
You collaborate effectively and closely with the Chief of Staff, Executive Project Manager, Management Board Office team, your peers and the extended leadership team on a variety of projects or topics.
