Manpower is looking for an Assistant Secretary General Department for a client specialized in European financial governance located in Luxembourg.

Your missions
  • Manage and maintain the business calendar of the Secretary General and the Heads of Division
  • Organise, coordinate and follow up all secretarial and administrative activities for the department
  • Act as a key liaison for internal and external correspondence, ensuring professional and timely communication
  • Organise Board and Committee meetings, video conferences and internal/external meetings (agendas, rooms, documents, equipment)
  • Assist in the organisation of internal and external events
  • Attend meetings and take minutes when required
  • Prepare, edit and format documents and presentations
  • Manage filing systems, databases and archiving (digital and physical)
  • Organise business travel and manage expense reimbursements
  • Support recruitment and procurement processes through interview scheduling
  • Act as a back-up to the Personal Assistant of the Secretary General
  • Provide additional administrative support to Members of the Management Board when needed
Your profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a multinational or institutional environment
  • Excellent command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of MS Teams, WebEx and video conferencing systems is an asset
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and Oracle Fusion is an asset
  • Experience in the public sector is a plus
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken; additional EU languages are a strong asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
