AVI-SPL seeks an experienced Event Production Technician to lead technical design, setup, and support for onsite, hybrid, and virtual events. You will operate control rooms, manage show flow, and coordinate speakers to deliver high-quality experiences for multinational clients.

The role requires hands-on expertise with video/audio systems, broadcast workflows, and real-time problem solving to ensure smooth event delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in live event production, broadcast, video production, or related technical environments.
• 3+ years supporting onsite, virtual, and hybrid events.
• Hands-on with studio and control room operations, including video switchers, audio consoles, robotic cameras.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and virtual production environments.
• Experience producing and supporting virtual/hybrid events, including show flow management, speaker coordination, and live event operations.
• Strong understanding of broadcast workflows and live event execution under pressure.

DO:
The Event Production Technician plays a critical hands-on role in the technical design, setup, execution, and support of onsite, hybrid, and virtual events for an established multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology comp

any.
This role is responsible
