Job summary

Redcare Pharmacy is looking for an ERP Engineer to join our ERP Engineering team, shaping the technology behind Europe’s large e-commerce fulfilment operations. You will design and build Microsoft Dynamics 365 Warehouse Management solutions, integrating them with enterprise systems to optimise warehouse processes.

You will collaborate with Product, QA and warehouse stakeholders across the SDLC, mentor colleagues, and help drive CI/CD and release management.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience developing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with WMS and X++.
• Understanding of warehouse operations, fulfilment and inventory processes.
• Experience building enterprise integrations using REST APIs, OData, DMF or Dual-write.
• Enjoy working in an international environment and evolving warehouse tech in Sevenum.

Responsibilities

• Design and build D365 WMS solutions for high-volume warehouse operations.
• Develop X++ solutions, integrations, Data Entities, APIs and workflows.
• Enhance warehouse execution: receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping.
• Drive code reviews, mentoring, performance optimisations and CI/CD contributions.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Consultants, Architects, Product Teams and QA across the SDLC.

About your tasks:

• Design and build Microsoft Dynamics 365 Warehouse Management (WMS) solutions that support high-volume warehouse operations across inbound logistics, inventory management and outbound fulfilment.
• Develop custom X++ solutions, integrations, Data Entities, APIs, workflows and business events, connecting Dynamics 365 with warehouse technologies and surrounding enterprise systems.
• Enhance warehouse execution processes, including receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping and inventory movements to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
• Drive engineering excellence by performing code reviews, mentoring colleagues, optimising application performance and contributing to CI/CD, release management and Microsoft development best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Warehouse Functional Consultants, Solution Architects, Product Teams, QA Engineers and warehouse stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle, from solution design through production deployment.

Qualifications

About you:

• You have extensive experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions with strong expertise in Warehouse Management (WMS) and X++ development.
• You understand warehouse operations, fulfilment and inventory management processes, and enjoy translating operational challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• You have experience building enterprise integrations using REST APIs, OData, Data Management Framework (DMF), Business Events or Dual-write and are passionate about developing clean, maintainable code.
• You enjoy working closely with technical and business colleagues in an international environment and are excited to contribute to the continuous evolution of our warehouse technology landscape in Sevenum.
