A leading engineering firm is seeking a Systems Engineer in Germany. This role involves conducting integration across products, managing configurations, and ensuring best practices in systems engineering. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 8 years of experience. They should possess strong communication and analytical skills. Systems engineering is a cross‑functional discipline centered on an approach, mindset, and process. All activities consider both the business and technical needs of the customers with the goal of providing a quality product that meets user needs. The discipline executes a robust process of design, creation, and optimization of systems, including identification and quantification of system requirements, creation of alternate design concepts, performance of design trade studies, selection and implementation of the best designs, and verification that the design is properly integrated and executed. The process proceeds from concept to production to operation. This role contributes to the overall strategy of the business within the Systems Engineering area.

#LI‑Remote – This is a remote position. Application Deadline: For candidates applying to a U.S.‑based position, the pay range for this position is between $111,200.00 and $213,200.00. The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by factors including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus. This posting is expected to remain open for at least seven days after it was posted on December 04, 2025.
