Redcare Pharmacy is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to design and build high-performance AdTech solutions across backend and frontend. You will work with Node.js, TypeScript, React, Next.js, and cloud-native stacks to deliver robust, scalable features for the Retail Media ecosystem.

You will collaborate with Product, Design and Analytics to turn complex business needs into end-to-end technical solutions, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability in an agile environment.

Qualifikationen

• Strong hands-on skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and modern web technologies.
• Experience building scalable microservices and frontend apps in cloud-native environments.
• Familiarity with AdTech or Retail Media platforms (Kevel, Google Ad Manager, CitrusAd, TopSort) is a plus.
• Commitment to clean, maintainable, scalable code with focus on testing and health.
• Comfortable in Agile/Scrum teams and proactive cross-functional collaboration.
• Continuous learner who thrives in fast-moving environments and has AI integration experience.

About your tasks:

• System Architecture & Engineering:Develop and optimizeNode.js/TypeScript-based microservices, focusing on performance, modularity, and scalability. Contribute to architectural decisions that improve system maintainability and reliability.
• Frontend Development:Build and maintainReact applications usingNext.js (Pages Router)andMaterial-UI. Implement advanced form logic usingFormikandJSONSchema validation. Ensure exceptional user experiences through responsive, accessible, and high-performance UI.
• Data & Messaging Systems:Integrate and optimize high-throughput data systems usingMongoDB, Redis, and Algolia for real-time ad delivery and insights. Work withBullMQandRabbitMQ to handle reliable, distributed message queuing and background processing.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with Product, Design, and Analytics teams to deliver end-to-end Retail Media features. Participate in sprint planning, technical reviews, and solution discovery to ensure engineering is aligned with business goals.
