As part of our Embedded Software organization, you will play a key role in enabling reliable, scalable, and compliant development and test environments for our embedded software platforms.

What you will do
  • Software development for R&D internal custom tooling
  • Hands‑on implementation, test and maintenance of tools and their corresponding development environment
  • Full stack for e.g. flashing, programming and configuration of the embedded targets (hearing instrument platforms)
  • Work in an agile enabling team
  • Close collaboration with interdisciplinary platform development team (Firmware, HW Development, Signal Processing, System‑Integration &‑test, Fitting SW, and others)
  • Contribution to the development of medical devices, according to relevant quality standards
What you bring
Experience
  • Master's degree in computer science, electrical/electronic engineering, medical engineering, or any other rleevant discipline
  • over three years relevant industry experience
  • Proficient knowledge in Python and ideally also with pytest
  • Good knowledge in C/C++ or C# and unit test frameworks, e.g. xUnit, NUnit
  • Experience in working with CI/CD Systems, e.g. MS Azure DevOps, or similar
  • Good understanding of embedded systems, low‑level interfaces and host software interacting with the targets
  • Experience with measurement equipment like oscilloscope or logic‑/protocol‑analyzers would be an added advantage
  • Experience with Matlab would be an advantage

  • Facilitation mindset - helping and mentoring R&D internal stakeholders and other teams
  • Structured working, analytical thinking and strong problem‑solving skills
