Job summary

OHB SE in Bremen is seeking an engineer to contribute to the development and industrialization of EGSE systems for space projects. You will specify, design, and integrate test systems and interface adapters, and develop TM/TC, power, and data interface test equipment.

Join a team that creates system architectures, writes requirements specifications and technical documentation, and supports AIT campaigns while resolving anomalies during integration and testing. Strong English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Experience in the development of test systems, EGSE, GSE, or avionics systems.
• Knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Digital Electronics, Embedded Systems, Test Automation, Data Networks, Space Electronics.
• Experience with communication interfaces such as Ethernet, CAN, RS422/485, or SpaceWire is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Python, C/C++, LabVIEW, or comparable technologies is desirable.
• Structured, self-driven, and independent working style.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
