Redcare Pharmacy, Europe’s leading e-pharmacy, seeks a Senior Documentation Expert to establish documentation standards and governance across ERP/Enterprise Systems. You will ensure critical knowledge is captured, maintained, and accessible, impacting our technology landscape.

Working with Business Owners, ERP Consultants, Architects, and Delivery teams, you will champion a culture where documentation is a strategic asset, driving consistency and lasting value across projects.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in technical documentation, knowledge management or process documentation within ERP/Enterprise Systems environments.
• Strong understanding of documentation governance, Confluence, Jira, and BPMN or similar modelling methods.
• Ability to bring structure to complex knowledge and ensure accessibility post-delivery.
• Collaborative mindset to work with diverse specialists and drive sustainable documentation practices.

About the role

Help shape how knowledge is shared across one of Europe’s leading e-pharmacy organizations. As our Senior Documentation Expert, you'll establish the documentation standards, governance, and processes that ensure critical ERP and Enterprise Systems knowledge is captured, maintained, and easily accessible - creating a lasting impact across our technology landscape.

Working closely with Business Owners, Team Leads, ERP Consultants, Architects, Project & Delivery Managers, Delivery teams, QA teams, you'll become the driving force behind a documentation culture where knowledge is treated as a strategic asset rather than an afterthought.

Qualifications

About you

• You bring 7+ years of experience in technical documentation, knowledge management or process documentation within complex ERP or Enterprise Systems environments (e.g. D365 F&O, SAP or similar).


• You have a strong understanding of technical documentation, documentation governance, Confluence, Jira, and ideally business process modelling (BPMN or comparable methodologies).


• You enjoy bringing structure to complexity and are passionate about ensuring valuable knowledge remains accessible long after projects have been delivered.


• You value collaboration, enjoy working with specialists across different disciplines, and don't mind challenging existing ways of working to build sustainable documentation practices.
