The Role :

As the Front-Line Sales Manager for Germany you will lead a dedicated team of New Logo Hunters focused on enterprise customer acquisition. You’ll define and execute a market-penetration strategy, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and coach your team to deliver outstanding results. You thrive in a fast-moving SaaS / Cloud environment, bring deep hunter expertise and are passionate about building new business.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives focused on new business acquisition (New Logo).
  • Define and implement go-to-market strategies in the German enterprise market driving consistent pipeline development and revenue achievement.
  • Own forecasting pipeline management and territory planning; ensure weekly and quarterly targets are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Channel & Partners to optimize lead generation, deal acceleration and market coverage.
  • Engage directly with senior decision makers (C-level / VPs) and represent Genesys in executive customer meetings, industry events and partner forums.
  • Leverage data and insights to refine sales approach, analyze win/loss trends and optimise sales processes for improved deal velocity and conversion.
  • Recruit, coach and mentor sales talent; foster a culture of accountability, growth, collaboration and high achievement.
What You’ll Bring :
  • 7-10 years of enterprise software / SaaS / cloud sales experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing new business / hunter teams.
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring new enterprise customers and consistently exceeding revenue goals.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills: you attract, develop and retain high-performing sales professionals.
  • Excellent understanding of the German enterprise market and how to navigate complex B2B sales cycles.
  • Fluency in German and English (written & spoken).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Sales or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker and hands‑on executor with a growth mindset, strong business acumen and ability to thrive in a matrixed global organization.
