Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute sales strategies that align with financial objectives for the region.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and assess the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and areas for differentiation.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve specific objectives and advance shared goals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with senior leaders at key customer accounts, leading to customized solutions and enduring partnerships.
  • Strategically allocate resources to meet objectives across geography, market segments, products, and accounts.
  • Disseminate best‑practice sales approaches across the organization, empowering teams to replicate successful strategies.
  • Implement and uphold standardized work processes to ensure consistency and efficiency in reaching sales targets.

This position reports directly to the VP/GM of F&B. The role is based in Italy, the UK or Germany and includes 4 to 5 direct reports and a team of approximately 40 associates.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related science discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a senior sales leadership role with experience managing sales leaders and teams across multiple international locations.
  • Proven expertise in strategic selling to large global enterprises with a multi‑location footprint.
  • Ability to build sustainable relationships and leverage customer insights to address evolving needs.
  • Skill in developing and sustaining plans that account for complex interdependencies with other stakeholders.
  • Strong mentoring and communication skills, integrating diverse viewpoints into decisions.
Preferred Experience
  • Overseeing leadership teams in EMEA.
  • Collaborating effectively with diverse cultures.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally when needed.
