We are hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join a digital marketing team supporting international clients. This role focuses on campaign optimization and performance improvement, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads.
Optimize and manage digital marketing campaigns with a focus on Google Ads
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Implement optimization strategies to improve ROI and KPIs
Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders
Ensure best practices in digital advertising and compliance
Fluency in German
Good level of English
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads (mandatory)
Strong analytical and performance-driven mindset
Ability to work in a hybrid model
Gross salary of €23,000 per year
