Ascory Bank AG sucht eine erfahrene Fachkraft für IT-Infrastruktur und DevOps, die Infrastrukturprojekte plant, implementiert und betreibt. Sie arbeiten an Plattform- und Prozessoptimierungen, automatisieren Abläufe mit Terraform und CI/CD-Tools, und sichern Systeme gegen Compliance-Anforderungen.

Sie bringen umfangreiche Erfahrung mit Cloud-Plattformen, Docker/Kubernetes sowie Bash-Scripting mit und arbeiten hybrid in Hamburg. Fließendes Deutsch und gutes Englisch runden das Profil ab.

Qualifikationen

• Praxisnahe Erfahrung mit Infrastructure as Code (IaC) mittels Terraform oder vergleichbarer Frameworks.
• Praktische Kenntnisse mindestens einer Cloud-Plattform (AWS, Azure oder GCP).
• Ausgeprägte DevOps-Mentalität und Anpassungsfähigkeit.
• Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins oder Ähnliches).
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Containertechnologien und Orchestrierung (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Bash-Scripting zur Automatisierung von Deployment- und Betriebsvorgängen.
• Deutsch fließend; Englisch gut.

• Planung, Design und Implementierung von IT- und Infrastrukturprojekten.
• Eigenständige Umsetzung von Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung von Plattformen, Anwendungen und Prozessen.
• Betrieb, Wartung und stetige Verbesserung bestehender Tools und Systeme.
• Umsetzung und Überwachung von Sicherheitsanforderungen sowie Unterstützung bei Compliance.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning, design and implementation of IT and infrastructure projects
• Independent implementation of projects aimed at further developing and optimising platforms, applications and operational processes
• Operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of existing tools, systems and infrastructure components
• Implementation and monitoring of security requirements, as well as support in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and compliance guidelines
• Proactively identifying opportunities for optimisation and innovation, and independently driving forward relevant initiatives

YOUR PROFILE:

• Substantial practical experience in the field of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or comparable technologies such as OpenTofu, Pulumi or similar frameworks
• Practical experience with at least one mainstream cloud platform such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• A strong DevOps mindset with a high degree of adaptability
• Practical experience in setting up, operating and optimising CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins or comparable solutions
• Very good knowledge of container technologies and container orchestration, for example using Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift
• Very good knowledge of Bash scripting for the automation of operational and deployment processes
• Knowledge of Python would be an advantage
• Fluent English and a good command of German
