Qualifikationen

• A degree in computer science or STEM or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong Linux skills and networking fundamentals with troubleshooting ability.
• At least 3 years hands-on Kubernetes in production environments with Docker/OCI.
• Hands-on depth with GitLab CI/CD and GitOps tooling such as ArgoCD or Flux.
• Experience automating infrastructure and configuration as code with Terraform and Ansible.
• Excellent analytical and debugging skills; detail-oriented working style.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge across the team.

Aufgaben

• End-to-end responsibility for infrastructure and DevOps processes from Kubernetes to monitoring and security.
• Operate and expand Kubernetes clusters: nodesetup, upgrades, deployments, testing; onboarding dev teams.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, runners, GitLab Agent for Kubernetes, Jira integration; GitOps delivery with ArgoCD or Flux.
• Automation and IaC with Terraform and Ansible.
• Observability setup with ELK/TIG/Grafana stacks, dashboards and alerting.
• Network analysis and optimization; root cause analysis up to packet level; security checks in pipelines.

Deine Aufgaben:

You work in a dedicated team on innovative solutions in a dynamic, product-oriented environment. You take end-to-end responsibility for our infrastructure and DevOps processes — from the Kubernetes platform and CI/CD pipelines through to monitoring, databases, and security.
Your tasks:

• Kubernetes & containers:operation and expansion of ourclusters — nodesetup, upgrades, deployments, troubleshooting, and applicationtesting; onboarding of developmentteamsonto the platform; management of Docker-basedcontainersolutions and theirintegrationinto the existinginfrastructure
• CI/CD & GitOps: maintenance and further development of our GitLab environment, including pipelines, runners, the GitLab Agent for Kubernetes, and the Jira integration; GitOps-based delivery with ArgoCDor Flux
• Automation & Infrastructure as Code: provisioning andconfiguration management with Terraform and Ansible
• Databases: installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our database systems
• Observability:setup and operation of ELK / TIG / Grafana Alloy stacks — installation, configuration, dashboards, and alerting
• Networks & diagnostics: analysis and optimisation of ournetworks; log fileanalysis and systematic root causeanalysis, up to and includingcomplexincidents at packet level
• Security:securitychecks at application and infrastructure level, plus securitygates in the pipeline (SAST, dependency/SCA scanning, secretsdetection, SBOM generation, artifactsigning)

Dein Profil:

• A degree in computerscience, a STEM subject, or anequivalent qualification gained through several years of professional experience
• Strong Linux skills and solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, MTU/routing) with proven troubleshooting ability
• At least 3 years of hands-on Kubernetesexperience in productionenvironments, alongwithcontainertechnologies (Docker/OCI)
• Hands-on depth with GitLab CI/CD or comparable systems, and with GitOps tooling such as ArgoCDor Flux
• Practical experience automatinginfrastructure and configuration as code with Terraform and Ansible
• Excellent analytical and debuggingskills, with a structured, detail-orientedway of working
• A collaborativemindset: youenjoydevelopingsolutionstogether, document your work, and shareknowledgeacross the team
  

Nice to have:

• Experience with a specific cloud platform (OCI, Azure, AWS, or GCP) and with migration projects
• Familiarity with Dev Sec Ops toolchains such as Sonar Qube, Sonatype Lifecycle, Trivy, orCosign/Sigstore
